Today I’m going to portray a hard-working photographer I’ve had the honor of working with consistently since 2001.
Greg Murphy was another of those who came to me when I worked at ColoradoBiz in Denver.Â
I remember that during the first interview, he was really excited by my desire to break out of the status-quo of small-circulation business magazine photography, and get really creative.Â
Thus started a journey of collaborative teamwork. Though we have not always agreed on everything, and have had frequent episodes of friction on the road, we’ve created what I consider to be some amazing work.
Greg hasn’t had it easy, so I recognize him for working so hard to make these photos great. Our collaboration usually results in photographs which are very theatrical in nature. We focus on the important points of body language, composition, and color harmony.
Greg has taken a short break from professional photography, but I expect him to come back into the scene any time. I would share his website here, but he has never had one. I expect that situation to resolve itself soon.
