I’ve been blessed with abundant work and great clients. I continue to see business and my skills and knowledge grow. I’m ever thankful.

I recently ordered a new business card for myself. I wrote about it on my blog and on Veer Ideas, a public blog for creatives. I’m debating on the value of the business card in the age of social networking and smartphones. It still hase value, I think, as a starting point of connecting in the various ways possible. Also, it gives a tactile representation of yourself.

This image is a photo-illustration I commissioned from Denver photographer Todd Kapke. The illustration was for the cover of the Fall 2009 volume of Health Elevations. The client changed the cover concept after Todd had finished this, but I was able to find a way to represent this illustration inside the publication.

Still, it was meant for a cover, so I decided to let it grace my homepage for a bit, until I update my blog.
