I just finished the latest issue of EnergyBiz for May/June 2010. This beautiful cover was illustrated by Alex Nabaum to communicate the growth and acceleration of renewable energy. Alex also completed an alternate image for the feature, of a native american-styled petroglyph with renewable energy symbols.
I submitted a new t-shirt design for Threadless. It’s in the critique stage, which allows my peers and enemies to vote on it. If I get a positive enough response, I’ll try to take it into their marketplace.
I have updated my own iSpot portfolio with an image I worked very hard on but was ultimately rejected by the client. I’m now going to sell it for stock.
I’ve also received my first royalty check from Corbis stock illustration library originally commissioned by Veer. It wasn’t anything to boast about, a mere $50, but could be the start of more.
Keep updated with my work on Twitter, and keep updated with this site as I convert it to my full website. While this currently functions as my blog, the CMS functionality of WordPress allows for it to be an excellent website platform.
