Fontspotting: Bellevue

This sidewalk plate identification number appers to be a relief in Proxima.

Fontspotting on a sidewalk utility plate in Bellevue, Washington. My guess is that this is Proxima Nova Bold. Upon close inspection, however, the eight is different.
